"How early can we/should we book our florist for our wedding?"

We usually take bookings between 12-18 months away. We also take bookings much closer to the date, if we have availability. We are like other suppliers where dates fill up quickly so if you love what we do and want to use us we suggest booking up as early as you can. We usually only take on one wedding flower order per date to give you our full and personal attention so early booking is advisable.

"We love what you do, how do we go about getting a quote/estimate for our wedding?"

We invite you in to meet us or if you aren't local we can arrange a phone consultation. We will go over your requirements in detail and talk about budgets and expectations. We will then email you an estimate based on what we have discussed. We appreciate some weddings often arranged for a date in the future so you may not know what you are after but we will give you a realistic idea of costs.

"Is there anything I need to bring with me to my consultation?"

Usually the more you bring the easier it is! Pinterest mood boards work well so we can get a really good idea of the whole feel to your wedding. Samples of bridesmaid dress colours/ties for gents etc always help for colour matching. Phone pictures saved are good, or magazine clippings saved of things you like help too. There's really no pressure to bring anything though! Your wedding and your ideas are unique to you!

"We would love to book you for our special day, how do we book?"

Based on our availability, and confirmation we can take the booking to secure the date. We ask for £100 deposit at this stage. The rest of the planning can happen over the time leading up to the wedding. We ask that the balance is paid 2 weeks prior to the wedding date.

"How many weddings do you take per day?"

Usually, we only take one wedding per date to ensure you have our full attention and personal service. Occasionally, we may take two weddings per date if they are relatively small weddings.

"When do you set up and deliver everything?"

We usually deliver and set everything up on the day. We can deliver things the day before but prefer to keep all the fresh flowers to the day so they are at their best. We work with venues and other suppliers closely to fit in with them and respect times of entry to venues and also if we need to work with another supplier we will liaise with them to arrange a suitable time for both of us.
