We usually take bookings 12–18 months in advance, but we’re also happy to help if your date is closer, subject to availability. As with other key suppliers, popular dates fill up quickly, and we typically only take one wedding flower order per date to give you our full attention, so early booking is highly recommended.
We invite you to meet with us in person, or if you’re not local, we can arrange a phone consultation. We’ll talk through your ideas, requirements, budget and expectations, then email an estimate based on what we’ve discussed. If your wedding is further in the future and details aren’t final yet, we’ll still give you a realistic guide to costs.
The more inspiration, the better. Pinterest boards, colour palettes, samples of bridesmaids’ dresses or ties, saved photos or magazine clippings all help us understand the look and feel you’d like. That said, there is no pressure to bring anything — your ideas are unique to you and we’re here to help shape them.
Once we’ve confirmed availability and you’re happy to go ahead, a £100 deposit secures your date. We’ll finalise details in the lead-up to your wedding, and the remaining balance is due two weeks before the wedding date.
We usually take just one wedding per date to ensure a fully personal, focused service. Occasionally, we may take two smaller weddings on the same date, but only if we are confident we can maintain our high standards for both.
We usually deliver and set up on the wedding day so your flowers are at their freshest. In some cases we can deliver certain items the day before, where appropriate. We work closely with your venue and other suppliers to agree timings, respect access arrangements and coordinate everything smoothly.
