Making a purchase is simple. Browse our online shop and add any bouquets or gifts to your basket. When you’re ready, click ‘Checkout’ and provide the details required to complete your order.
We accept most major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. Orders may also be placed and paid for over the phone.
If you are shopping from outside the UK, your card provider will convert the transaction into your local currency.
Orders cancelled online or via telephone may be subject to a cancellation fee.
When you receive an order confirmation, it acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not constitute a contract. A contract is formed once payment has been processed and your order accepted.
We reserve the right to amend or cancel orders in cases of error, such as incorrect pricing or where we are unable to supply a particular product. In such cases, we will always contact you to confirm how you wish to proceed.
Orders received before 12pm Monday to Saturday (UK time) for UK delivery can be delivered the same day if required.
Orders with a specified delivery date will be delivered on that date, providing they are received before the same-day cut-off time.
Orders placed for delivery on a public holiday will be delivered on the next working day. Online deliveries are available within the UK only. To send flowers overseas, please telephone us.
We do not offer guaranteed timed deliveries, except for funeral tributes and weddings. For urgent enquiries, please telephone us.
